Task 3: Hero & Claudio vs. Beatrice & Benedick

Get together in your groups of four to five people. Each group will be given a selected scene from the play that deals with the relationship of one of the couples in Much Ado About Nothing.

A)    Read your scene carefully. Make sure that you understand the vocabulary and discuss the             events with your partners.

B)    When all groups are done, go together with the other groups that read about the same                    couple. Inform your fellow students about your text. Discuss the development of the couple's        relationship.

C)    Illustrate the different stages of the relationship on a poster. Be creative!

D)    After having a look at the posters, compare the development of the relationships: Hero &             Claudio / Beatrice & Benedick. Add the results to your folder.
